Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday should be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over a weekend will be posted on Monday morning.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending by their dimensions and weight.
We do not offer couriered next day delivery as despite the name, couriers cannot guaruntee next day delivery, though most of our orders are normally delivered within 2 working day of posting.
Please expect and allow an extra day for shipping if a bank holiday is involved.
Products and ranges we present online at insituclimbing.co.uk are all dispatched from our store in Dunkeld. We aim to sell from our inventory as much as possible, restocking regularly.
If an item(s) is out of stock, it will still be available for purchase through the website to arrive with you as soon as it is available. We will communicate the status and expected delivery of all orders as soon as is possible.
If you bought goods from us online and need to return (non-faulty) goods to us for refund or exchange, you must notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your intention to do so within 15 days stating why you wish to return/cancel. You then have a further 15 days (or 30 days from when you received it) to return the item(s) to us. Unused, non-faulty goods that exceed this returns deadline will be accepted at our discretion.
Items must returned be in a condition that can be sold as new - clearly unused and undamaged (especially climbing equipment), in all original undamaged and unaltered packaging. Labels and tags must still be attached. Ropes must not be uncoiled or removed from their packaging.
If we cannot conclude that all is not as supplied, we will refuse the return on safety grounds - Items must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them in. Products that have been used or returned in an unsuitable condition will not be credited or exchanged, to be sent back out only once further postage has been paid.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of items which occurs on the way back to us, additionally will not refund return postage costs.
Faulty items can be returned to us at any time, please contact us if this is required. We may send the faulty item back to manufacturer for further assessment and their decision on the fault.
All returns must arrive in a clean state, dirty and/or contaminated items (for our safety) won't be touched and can be collected at senders expense.
